Abby grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, spending her time camping, fishing, and enjoying every thing that the great state has to offer. She found passion in playing soccer from a young age. Abby went on to play four years of collegiate D2 soccer at Colorado State University - Pueblo.

After graduating with her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, she moved to Denver to pursue her passion of becoming a physical therapist. She graduated in 2019 from University of Colorado - Anschutz. Having fallen in love with Colorado, she decided to stay and build her life and career here.

In her free time, Abby enjoys living an active lifestyle. She loves CrossFit, yoga, and snowboarding. Her dog, Kylo, keeps her company. To balance all the activity, she also enjoys cooking and baking.
